If your withdrawal request has been rejected please make sure that you have a valid bank account on file to withdraw your funds to before submitting. If you do not have a bank account on file we will be unable to process your request.
If your withdrawal request is returned the funds will be credited back to your Jackpot.com account balance. Our Customer Support team will provide further details on how to correct the issue and resubmit your request. Please make sure you update your banking details before resubmitting.
