If you no longer wish to have an account with Jackpot.com, you can choose to close your account. You can submit a request to our Customer Support Team at any time via email at help@jackpot.com.
You may also submit your request automatically through our web based platform.
- Click on “My Account” in the top right corner.
- Click the “Account Details” tab.
- Head to the “Account Closure” section.
- Click on the “Close My Account” button and on the “Confirm” button in the popup window.
Account closure requests can take up to 5 business days to process.
